I support the nomination of Buddy to the BFTHOF. In his venue, he has excelled far beyond anyone's imagination and produced winners in both NSTRA and AKC/AM Field Trials. He has made significant contributions to the Brittany world.

It says "The purpose of the BFTHF is to recognize and honor Brittanys and Brittany owners that have made significant contributions to the Sport of Field Trialing."
It does not specify any specific venue that a dog must compete in to be considered for this award. Nolan's Last Bullet competed against the best dogs of ALL pointing breeds for many years and compiled a record that is unequaled in any venue. His sons and daughters and their offspring continue to win and win and win. When you go on-line to look for a Brittany the name you will see in pedigrees the majority of time is "Nolans Last Bullet"; it is a highly sought after and proven line. This great dog deserves to be recognized at the highest level for the impact he has made on the Brittany breed. Let's get it done!!

Buddie is a very worthy candidate for the Brittany Hall of Fame. He just needs the votes to be elected. So please support Buddie in 2011. According to Delmar & Rick Smith he meets all the criteria for election.

Possibly the greatest Brit in the history of the breed. He deserves to be so honored.

I support Nolan's Last Bullet for the BFTHF. He was an exceptional dog that produced exceptional progeny. He is the epitomy of a great Brittany and could hold his own in any format with any breed. NSTRA may be a plodding sport compared to AF, but Buddy did not run AF. So what. He excelled at what he did, in a venue with other top dogs of various breeds. Exceptional dogs is what the HOF is about and his progeny is just as exceptional in other venues than NSTRA. Would be a travesty not to recognize this exceptional dog.
