I agree. With 150 wins and the production record that Mr. Chips has he is more than qualified. I urge you to support this great winning West Coast dog.

As a child I watched Mr. Chips compete in many trials and this dog is a big reason I had the hook set in me. He was a fantastic animal in the top 1% of the thousands of brittanys I have watched in my time. He sired two dogs from my fathers string Chip's pistol pete and Summit valley chips ahoy. These two dogs were among my fathers favorite he ever ran and both dogs were amazing as well. The time has come for this dog to be inducted, the goofy politics may not allow it wich will be a travesty imho.

Long gone but not forgotten. Scipio's Mr Chips was a dog that could get it done in more ways then one. You had better not figure you had won until Chips had run.

150 placements and 40 OAA WINS should put any dog in the HOF. This record puts him far above most that are in the HOF.

I was fortunate to watch Mr. Chips compete several times including a win in a 56 OAA stake and he was clearly the winner against several National Champion/NAC winners and HOF dogs. I watched him compete many times and he was impeccable on his birds and ran effortlessly and with great purpose. He was a great dog. I have also seen a good number of his get and conclude he is deserving of election to the HOF. Dirty Harry in particular was excellent and had he not been retired so his owner could compete in American Field he would have continued to dominate the West Coast trails. Chips was in my opinion Jack Brooks finest dog. This was a time when we had typically six or more pros competing and extremely large all age stakes and he rose above them on many occasions.

With his record it is a shame Mr. Chips is not already in the hall of fame. I hope he makes it this year.
